Woe to Kohli and India, Australia wins Cricket World Cup for the sixth time. 137 head shot

Cricket is believed to have originated in the 13th century, as a game in which village boys would hit stumps or hurdles into sheep pens.

Angelo Mathews Timed Out: How Did Cricketers And Experts React To The Controversial Dismissal

Cricket, the national summer game of England, is now played all over the world, including Australia, India, Pakistan, the West Indies and the British Isles.

Cricket is played with bat and ball and involves two competing teams of 11 players each. The field is oval in shape and has a rectangular area in the middle called the pitch, which is 22 yards (20.12 m) by 10 feet (3.04 m) wide. Two sets of three sticks, called wickets, are set up at each end of the field. Each wicket has horizontal parts at the top called wickets. The parties take turns batting and bowling (throwing); Each turn is called a “turn” (always plural). Depending on the pre-determined duration of the match, each side has one or two innings, with the aim of scoring as many runs as possible. Players serving the ball with their right hand attempt to break (hit) the ball into the wicket so that the wicket falls. It is one of the many ways in which a batsman can be out or dismissed. The bowler bowls six balls to one wicket (thus completing an “over”), then the other bowler on his side bowls six balls to the opposite wicket. The batting side defends its wicket.

Two batsmen are fielding together and the batsman (striker) is trying to hit the ball out of the wicket. The attack may be defensive or offensive. Defensive batting can protect the wicket but will not give time to the batsmen to run towards the opposite wicket. In this situation the batsmen do not need to run and play continues from the other bowl. If the batsman is able to attack, he and the other batsman (not the striker) exchange positions on the other wicket. Every time both batsmen can reach the opposite wicket, a run is scored. Provided they have enough time to avoid being caught and dismissed, batsmen can continue to move back and forth between the wickets, earning an additional run each time they reach opposite ends. There is an outer boundary around the cricket field. A ball hit in or out of bounds is awarded four points if it hits the ground and then reaches the boundary, six points if it reaches the boundary in the air (fly ball). The team with the most wounds wins the match. If both teams fail to complete their number of innings before the scheduled time, the match is declared a draw. The normal score in cricket is hundreds.

Cricket matches can range from informal weekend afternoon gatherings on village greens to top-level international competitions played over five days by major professional players in major stadiums.

Dear Bcci, Please Reconsider Your Decision To Not Play

Cricket is thought to have originated, probably in the 13th century, as a game in which village boys would enter a sheep pen by hitting a pin over a stump or barrier gate. This gate had two pillars and a crossbar resting on slatted tops; The crossbar was called a pledge, and the entire gate was called a wicket. The fact that the bail could be shaken when it hit the wicket made it superior to the stump, the name later applied to the barrier post. Early manuscripts differ on the size of the wicket, which gained a third stump in the 1770s, but by 1706 the pitch – the area between the wickets – was
